Schwaboiler, the intelligent automatic chain lubrication system
 What is a Schwaboiler? Well, that’s very easy to answer.The Schwaboiler is a system that lubricates a motorbike
chain system automatically. This system has several major differences to the common systems already known on the market.
it does not produce oil drops “by accident”, like a mechanical system.
it does cost less and cost of ownership are lower. a small pump that lubricates the chain after a certain distance. Optional set to 25mls, 50mls and 100mls.
the oil is supplied to the chain only between motorbike speeds of 30mls/h and 80mls/h during 10 chain rotations.
nearly any chain saw oil can be used. the system is resistant against dust and mud and does not show the failure rate as a mechanical system when in hard use.
the exit pipe may not clog, since the pump is an active device. any existing mechanical system can be easily upgraded with the Schwaboiler system.
The picture to the left shows the lubrication pipe on the back chain wheel installed on a
Kawasaki KLE 500. We have upgraded here a mechanical system with the Schwaboiler and were able to use the existing tube installation including the greasing pipe on the chain wheel.
We only had to add the control box and some more electrical cables and wires and take
out the underpressure connection to the carburator. That was no longer needed.
